Welcome to Chekiraj (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and booking services. By creating an account or using Chekiraj, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Chekiraj.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Chekiraj offers two primary account types: Client (for booking services) and Provider (for listing services and managing bookings).

3. Platform Services

Chekiraj is a digital marketplace that connects clients with independent service providers. We are a technology platform, not a service provider. We do not employ, control, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered by providers listed on our Platform.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policies

4.1 Making a Booking

Clients may search for providers, view availability, and submit booking requests. A booking is only confirmed once the provider accepts it through the Platform.

4.2 Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation policies are set by individual providers. Clients are encouraged to review the provider’s cancellation terms before booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in account restrictions.

5. Provider Obligations

By using Chekiraj as a Provider, you agree to:

• Keep your service listings, pricing, and availability calendar accurate and up-to-date.
• Honor all confirmed bookings unless emergency circumstances prevent it.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Not use the Platform to solicit clients off-platform or bypass Chekiraj’s booking system.

6. Payments & Subscription Plans

• For Clients: Browsing and booking appointments on Chekiraj is free. Service fees are paid directly to the provider as agreed.
• For Providers: Access to advanced features requires a subscription plan (Basic, Standard, or Pro). Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

Chekiraj and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, design, logos, and trademarks. Providers retain ownership of their business content but grant Chekiraj a limited license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chekiraj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Disputes between clients and providers are resolved directly between the parties.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Bosnia and Herzegovina]. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in [Your City/Region].
